We offer a comprehensive range of services in the provision of turnkey software solutions.

For standard off-the-shelf-products these include:

• Configuration of the system to support existing business processes.
• Data migration e.g. importing company and contact data from Microsoft Outlook or other contact management systems. Data mapping and importing of data from disparate data sources.
• Development of custom reports to support existing management processes. This ensures that non-users of the system will recieve information in a familiar format. Of course we try to improve upon existing reports where ever possible.
• Installation and set-up of the system onsite and/or on one of our secure hosted servers.
• Training of users, administrators and developers as necessary. Training is normally provided on site direct to end-users or users (trainers) that will subsequently train other users. User, administrator and developer training will be done via direct and train-the-trainer programmes.
• Support which includes a level of continuous improvement to the system configuration. For example the modification and addition of information views.
• Custom reports and dashboards. We can provide additional reports and dashboards on an as needed basis.

Tailored Solutions, in addition to the above. These include:

• Business analysis, system specification and design.
• Development using an iterative approach where an evaluation version of the developing system is accessible on one of our secure servers early in the project if not day one. In this way customers can identify any issues and improvements related to the specification and design throughout a project.
